SRM 5.0 Issue with Partial Invoice default to Distribute in Sequence

Hi,

We are using SRM 5.0 and when we create a SC assigned to multiple cost center, when we convert the SC to PO in ECC6 the PO Partial Invoice under the Account Assignment tab defaults to Distribute in Sequence. I already changed the default in the Account Assignment Category K in config in ECC6 for Partial Invoice to Distribute Proportionately. Is there a way to change the default from DIstribute in Sequence to Distribute Proportionately? Do I need to change something in SRM box?
