QCC0 > Quality Notifications > Notification Creation > Partners > Define Partner Determination Procedures > Assign Partner Functions to Notification Type > Detail for notification type

You can change the task processor 'user' to 'department'.

('Department' should have been included in partner determination procedure of notification type.)

Normally company use the organization unit as department.

So department is created by HR team.

Hi Luke thank you for the answer

My doubt almost clear let me add one for stuff

If we assign a department as a partner in notification type and we assign a task that department in a notification

then if we activate work flow they will comes to know that a task in assigned???

and also all the people will under that dept will notified with a mail using work flow???

And also i raised a thread how to activate work flow for Quality notification

i didn't get any reply from any expert

can you give me a reply that too

it will be very great on me...

Dear Faisal,

1. It is feasible but with the help of function module only. While saving notification system will start executing the program in FM and can send email capturing required details.

2. What Luke has mentioned is correct. You need to create department codes in system, which generally is HCM (HR) moduleu2019s activity. If you donu2019t have implemented HCM you can mention used ID from belonging to that department.

3. QM13 is the report where this gets reflected.

Anand
