Calibration order

I have created a calibration order and inspection lot has been assigned to the order.But when i am going for result recording through QA32 then the tab expand all single values is not expanding so that i can enter lower and upper limit range.Why is it so?Pls. provide the solution.

what are the control indicators you have selected & what is sample size.

Make sure that char is "required char " & not "optional"

I'm not sure what are you asking.

But if you are saying what you want is recording for several result, check the control indicator of inspection characteristic and sample size of sampling procedure.

-'Single result' should be chosen in results confirmation area of control indicator of characteristic.

-The sample size of sampling procedure should be more than 1.
