I'm looking for an xls file to create users with the roles and profiles (all field of the transaction su01et that file I can integrate it in a transaction to import xls file.

I don't think is possible using a xls.

There is other ways to do a mass upload of users like SECATT or LSMW and they are well documented so please search.
