Connect SAP SRM with SAP DMS in SAP ECC

In my project we are implementing SAP SRM 7 and I have the necessity to

use as central document repository the DMS configured in SAP ECC. This

repository in ECC is connect to Documentum system.

We have scenario for attachment in item or header level in SRM

(Shopping Cart, RFx and Auction). Our necessity is that when the user

load the document in the shopping cart for exemple automatically the

document is sent for SAP DMS in ECC.

Sounds like maybe the RMS (Records Management System) introduced in SRM 7.0 may help you here. Try checking [this |http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm70/helpdata/en/a3/e7be2d98344e8d92c29e6cd81e5b25/frameset.htm]link and also do a search in help for Netweaver where you'll find much more, this RMS area is originally a Basis area whic has been adopted into SRM for record management.
