Operation modes on Weekends

Hi Friends,

Actually i got one requirement for you . could you please provide me some inputs.

In the system Day and Night operation modes are defined , daily operation mode switching takes place based on the normal 24 hrs day operation.

Coming to below requirement :

MONDAY TO FRIDAY -- ( Day and night operation should be triggered based on RZ04 configuration )

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY --- whole day the system wants to run on Night mode only.

I can do it for a specifc day , but i want to run on peridically.

To get confirm i created a SAP Message and they get back to me ,it cannot be implemented for periodic.

@ Sunny : if its for a particular day ,it can be thorugh exceptional operation . but in our requirement its totally different ,

The only possibility I can think about would be to write a specific abap program.

In my opinion, it is not worth it...

Hi,

You can defined operation modes under exception in SM63 where on particular date you can define which operation mode you want. But I don't think so you can schedule it. You have to define it manually for days you want particular exception.
