Hi,
When we create direct sales order in ECC, shipping point determination is happening automatically that means all the relevant settings are properly maintained in ECC for automatic determination of shipping point.
But when we create sales order in CRM and replicate it to ECC, shipping point field is empty even though we use same master data.Hence we are unable to create delivery document.
All the master data (Org structure,Customers,Materials and plants) downloaded from ECC to CRM.
If we manually enter shipping point and try to create delivery document in VL01N system gives the following message.
"Item 000010: delivery split because of different shipping points
Message no. VL037 "
Your help would be highly appreciated.
Thank you.

Nagi
Hi,
From your message above, I pressume you have already properly setup the automatic determination of shipping point.
As for your issue where the shipping point field is blank in your sales order, this could be possibly due to the copy control customizing for your item category.
For the item category determined, pls check if you are using copy requirement "102" or "101". For the system to carry out checking for shipping point, you should ideally use copy requirement "101". As delivery is always carried out from shipping point, it would be ideal if you put in this check.
As for your error encountered regarding delivery split, you may want to check the shipping points and routes determined for each of your items in your sales order. Different routes and shipping points always lead to delivery splits. This is a standard checking in the SAP system. You may also want to refer to SAP Note 546668 for this.
Hope the above helps.
Thanks.

Hi,
1. Shipping conditions of sold to party - pl chk whether the sold to party is extended for your sales area
2. Loading grp - Material master - pl chk sales views of material master
3. Plant - pl chk in your document whether plant is determined or not.
There is a possibility of missing sales area extensions from CRM to SAP. Pl check sales area extensions of these in SAP.
