SC Workflow not triggered

Hi ,

Need help!!!

When we upgraded our system from SRM4.0 to SRM 7.0 ,Shopping cart WF is not getting triggered.

Thanks for the response.

Actually I am new to SRM. Custom WF has been developed for the BOR Bus2121 and event Saved.

Can you tell me what settings I have to do.

Okay Arsgh,

No worries. Are you working on Application controlled or Process controlled workflows?

If you are using Application controlled WFs, then do the following

First check if SWU3 (automatic WF customisation) is done in your SRM client

Then check whether WF is activated (Check the event linkage in SWE2)

Also ensure that you have done agent assignment and set the corresponding tasks as general task.

Its application controlled . ihave checked all the things u mentioned .its there only.

Any other settings do I need to do???

After ordering the SC, do you see an entry in SWi1 log?

I've checked SWI1 and SWEL also nothing is captured there. It says no workitem exists.

Did you activate the switch for application controlled workflow? By default SRM 7 uses Process controlled wrkflows.

Hi Arsgh,

Please navigate to SPROSRM ServerCross Application Basic SettingsBusiness WorkflowSelect Workflow Framework--Here you need to select Application Controlled Workflow for the appropriate business object (In your case BUS2121 i.e. shopping cart)

Can u tell me the program name or FM which is triigering the WF in Shopping cart creation.
