Shipping point determination is not happening for CRM sales order in ECC

Hi,

When we create direct sales order in ECC, shipping point determination is happening automatically that means all the relevant settings are properly maintained in ECC for automatic determination of shipping point.

But when we create sales order in CRM and replicate it to ECC, shipping point field is empty even though we use same master data.Hence we are unable to create delivery document.

All the master data (Org structure,Customers,Materials and plants) downloaded from ECC to CRM.

If we manually enter shipping point and try to create delivery document in VL01N system gives the following message.

"Item 000010: delivery split because of different shipping points

Message no. VL037 "

Hi,

Kindly check in the sales order Line item wise what is the shipping point u have assigned if it is different at the time of delivery system will accept only one shipping point

At the time of delivery system want to take default storage location based on the Shipping and plant , you can do by using the T-Code OVL3

and check the shipping point determination

Thanks for your suggestion.

We maintained the required entry in OVL3.

However no shipping point is getting determined at schedule line item level. The field is blank in shipping tab schedule line item and storage location field is also blank in procurement tab. But every thing is perfect if we directly create a sales order in ECC and could create delivery document.

For shipping Point in Sales order level will be determined based on the Shipping point determination

go to SPRO --> Logistics Execution --> Shipping --> Basic Shipping Functions -- > Shipping Point and Goods Receiving Point Determination---> Assign Shipping Points

Hi Prasanna,

All the relevant settings for shipping point determination are in place hence shipping point determination is happening for ERP sales order.The issue is only with CRM sales order which is replicated to ECC. I could not perform delivery processing as shipping point is not determined.

Do you think are there any specific settings to be made to get shipping point determined for CRM sales order in ECC.
