Sales order Details

Dear SAP Gurus,

If sales order Punched for X - 200 Kg , accordingly we are having only 100 Kg in Stock we are suppose to send the 100 Kg to satisfied the customer. But it is not possible every time that i will remember and use VA02 and will find how many balance qty is pending. So i want to create the SQVI report in that we required

Sales order number

Sales Line Items

Material code

Material description

total qty Sales order

Delivered qty

Balance qty against the line item number with schedule line

Sold to party number

bill to party number

Name of sold to party

Name of bill to party

Status - Partial delivered / complete delivered

Please give some idea how i will fulfill the above requirements with details ( along with Table)

You can try with these tables.

For open quantity ---VBBE-OMENG.

VBAK

VBAP

LIPS

LIKP

VBEP

VBUK or VBUP.

Better go for a Z report. I think SQVI will not give you the result as required.

Hello Pabale,

You can use VA05 report, where in you can see the open sale orders against the customer and purchase order.
