Convert Logical System - RBDLSMAP

Hi folks

After HSC, we are performing the post-activities and we are stuck in the BDCLS.

The report RBDLSMAP has been performing for 2 days and we don't have clue what is the issue.

The database is DB2.

You also need to check the available work processes .

there are certain tables like : LOGSYS which this report works on If the new logical system name is maintained on the local R/3 System (where the mapping is to take place) in table TBDLS, the logical system cannot be mapped.

You can simulate the mapping in the reportu2019s test mode. Here only the tables in question and the number of the tables entries to be converted are displayed. The table entries in the database are not converted. You can evaluate the results and assess the runtime

Hello,

Did you run this for whole of the system or for specific set of tables?

What is the size of the database as such?

If you run it for specific set of tables it shouldn't take longer time but if its for whole of the system then it might run for longer time based on table sizes.

Also you check the Job log if there is any information.
