Create transaction code for WDA

Hi experts,

I am on SRM 5 and I need to create a transaction code for my custom webdynpro application so that this can be displayed on the SRM EBP.

As there is no portal, I do not have the option to create an iview.

Could someone please let me know if there is a way to do it.

That tutorial demonstartes how to run a WDA in gui. My requirement is to create a transaction code for my WDA and assign it to an existing role which would allow users to access on SRM screen.

Thank you for your reply, but this is not what I am looking for.

I want to expose the service ( WDA ) as a transaction on SRM EBP ( web based application ). Since we do not have portal, I cannot create iviews and show it there.

who ask you to create IVIEW for creating tcode ? First create TCODE for your component using my previous link( in this link , no need of creating iview). after that you can directly use that tcode on your srm system.

After creating TCODE you can dispaly Tcode in normal browser , for this check this.

from the above link you will get url, you can use that url directly in normal browser.

Not sure if I had conveyed the requirement clearly.

Ok let me put it this way... How can I make my WDA an ITS transaction. Is this possible?

I am not sure if you have worked on SRM 5, but the reqiurement here is to invoke this WDA from there.

Please do let me know incase still I am not clear, I could mail you the screenshots of the requirement.

Hi,

Add your URL to Roles. You can execute WD Application from there.

OR Create ITS Transaction.. Please cehck this...
