HCM Employee Survey (EIC)

Hi Experts,

Please let me know the configuration steps for the HCM Employee Survey.

This a very straight forward process assuming you understand how to modify the appraisal templates in SAP.

Go to Interaction Center Web-Client/Application Functions/Activity/Employee Survey/Edit Templates to edit the template and once that is complete go to Interaction Center Web-Client/Application Functions/Activity/Employee Survey/Assign Templates to Status and Category/Subcategory to assign to the applicable category or subcategory.

Hi This i have tried but actual i need to know by survey transaction to do the survey for employee.

if you know the steps it will be helpfull.

Run program RPHREIC_FEEDBACK_SURVEY to generate the survey.

Dear Pazahanick;

I've tried to test that program on the IDES but got a message stating that

Report to Send out EIC Feedback Survey

Error - Survey can only be sent from EIC application

Can I know what's the EIC?

EIC is short for the Employee Interaction Center which was released by SAP in 2006 for HCM customers.
