SAINT stuck at DDIC activation phase

Hi All

I am doing Virsa Add on installation on CRM production environment.

There were no issues when i did it in development and quality servers

But in production the Saint update hangs in DDIC_Actiation stage.

It does not give any error but goes in an endless loop.

The TP seems to have some issue...but the RDDIMPDP job is running ok

I am not able to get the issue

Issue was resolved by updating Kernel

Hi

Logs will be requirde to find look after the current error , still you can check the versions by using tp -v , R3trans -v might it could be the version issue.

Update your system Kernel level and re-try the SAINT.

Hi Tushar,

Please check SLOG and ALOG at OS level.

Also provide the :-

1. Import logs for the queue

2. Action log for the Queue.

3. Tp system log

You have to provide the log. Check the log directory for more information.
