Material Ledger not yet productive- How to acitvate?.

Hi,

Guys i am facing a error in Production Order confirmation. The log say "Material Ledger for 1000 not yet productive". Do you guys to how to activate it and the fields necessary for it?.

I did check tcode CKMSTART for same. But couldn't figure out the fields.
