ArchiveLink error for tcode qa02

Hi All,

I am trying to store a document via 'Store business document' from ArchiveLink in transaction QA02, i get the below error message, but i can able to store document using 'Create Attachment'...

Message no. 00398

Diagnosis

Placeholder for batch input error text, this message is not output.

i am not sure about this error message since the user ID has all the necassary authorization like other system in the landscape where ArchiveLink in QA02 is not a issue

please help

Hi Yasar,

I think that the authorization trace in transaction ST01 could be useful here. Plesae check your user authorizations for object S_WFAR_OBJ too.

Hi Christoph,

Thanks for your hint, i found out the user ID does not have authorization for object: S_CTS_ASMI, i have asked my basis team to provide the same..

also i have one more issue for the same user in transaction FB02 while in overview screen i can do Store Business Document wheni went inside the G/L Account the 'Store Business Document' link is disabled

can you please provide help, i think am missing some config ?!?

Thanks Christoph, the issue is resolved !!

i have update the user role with authorization object S_WFAR_OBJ in PFCG below are the steps

1. Selection criteria > Basis - Central Functions

2. select> ArchiveLink: Authorizations for access to documents S_WFAR_OBJ

3. Change Objects: Activity, Content rep., Document types, Object types.

4. Save and Generate profile
