Error during ERP6 EHP5 installtion instep Prepare to install DAA insatance

runSAPCpe was executed with status ERROR ( Last error reported by the step rocess call 'D:\usr\sap\DAA\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64\sapcpe.exe stdoutput pf=D:/usr/sap/DAA/SYS/profile/DAA_SMDA97_<host> list:\usr\sap\DAA\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64/j2eeinst.lst' exits with error code -1073741502. For details see log file sapcpe_sapinst.log

The log sapcpe_sapinst.log is empty.

Sought your help on this...

Solved by installing DAA instance seperately and restarting ERP6 installtion.

Hi

I got the same error on Windows 2008, it's permission error on the DAADM account. (That is the sidadm account of the diagnostic account, I temporarily put it in the local admin group then worked)

I got the same issue and resolved the same

we have added daaadm OS User ID in Local Administrator group.
