Deletion of SC after PR and PO are generated

Hi Experts,

We are on SRM 4.0 Classic scenario.

SC is created, and PR and PO generated in Backend R/3.

We deleted PO. Even in SC follow on document, PO has status as 'Deleted'.

So now when i try to delete SC, so that even PR should get deleted, system doesnt allow to delete SC. The message is lke, PO has been generated, cannot delete SC.

I do not understand, if PO has been deleted from backend and even in SC follow on document PO has status as 'Deleted' why EBP system doesnt allow SC deletion.

Hi Dhananjay,

I think the follow on document for your SC is a PR and you are then creating a PO from this PR in MM. Is this right? If yes, then you cannot delete your SC. But you can delete your SC if only a PR has been created...i.e. before PO creation.

If shopping cart has more than one follow on document, deletion is not possible, even if PO is deleted firstly.
