in change quality notification area(QM02)
From Edit>Task>Determin
I try this by an error mesage is throwing:Response profile 0000000001 does not contain necessary tasks:
i have done all img stuff for that in following area
QCCO>QUALITY NOTIFICATION>NOTIFICATION PROCESSING>RESPOSNSE CONTROL
other than we need to do any thing ?
in QS41 in code overview area wether we need to give any value in Folow up action???

Yes. But I think the response profile '0000000001' is already assigned to notification type.
And also any setting need to be done in partner determination procedure to achive this???

No
1. Check assignment of priority type for notification type at configuration.
2. You have to select a value of priority before task determination.
If you still get same error, tell me the error message number.

Notification type Q3 was assigned to QM pririties(Which was there as default)
Following is the error message still i am getting

Response profile 0000000001 does not contain necessary tasks
Message no. IX002
Diagnosis
No tasks could be determined in the response profile corresponding to
the priority. It is also possible that the response profile defined no
longer exists in Customizing.
System Response
The system cannot determine any tasks.
Procedure
If you have the necessary authorizations, define the response profile in
Customizing.
If you do not have the necessary authorizations, contact your system

Hi Faisal,
1. Follow the path Luke has mentioned.
2. There select the profile and double click on u201CResponse Timesu201D on left hand side.
3. There you must have mentioned required tasks. The first column there is priority. I hope you have selected QM priorities there.
4. Note down the priority number. Letu2019s say it is 3-Medium.
5. Now go to OQN6. Select profile 000000001 there and double click on catalogs/ code group. Then click on new entries and select the same task code group that you have chosen in step number 2 under profile customizing.
6. Now go to QM02. Input appropriate notification number. Go to subject tab. There you find the priority to select.
7. This must be blank now. And this is the reason you are getting above error.
8. From that drop down menu select the same priory. (e.g. 3-Medium) This must be same as in step number 4.
9. Now go to edit and try to determine the task. It will add the task in your task column.

Yes it working now as per the solution of selecting priority typem from notification
let me add one more point
is it possible to do in plant wise
for example
in palnt A if i select Priority type 1 some taks is to be assigned to particualr users
in plant B if i select Priority type 1 some diff taks is to be assigned to particualr users

Hi Faisal,
I donu2019t think so it may be feasible. Code groups and catalog profiles are basically created at client level i.e. independent of plant code.
Even through SAP has provided the facility to determine the task based on its priority, I think tasks are planned based on the cause and may vary notification wise cause to cause.

Did you explore the transaction as I mentioned already?
QCC0 > Quality Notifications > Notification Processing > Response Control > Define Response Monitoring > Define Response Profile
Select '0000000001' then double-click 'Response Times' on left menu tree.
You have to define default task code for each priority if you want system assigns the task automatically.
Also assigned task code should be valid.

1.After Define Response Profile we need to do any settting in
Define Service Profile??

Did you define tasks for priorities for response profile '0000000001'?
If yes, check the catalog profile has that code group for catalog type '2 tasks' at transaction OQN6.
