PR not generated.. Error message "Error in Transmission"

Hi,

Approver Approved the SC but PR is not yet generated. Status message on client is "Error in Transmission" in Red.

I have checked in BBP_ALERT_SC_STATUS_ERROR, it shows Shopping Cart Items with Status "Erroneous Transfer"

so any solution to process this?

via Admin role resubmit the cart or via FM

you will come to what is the error in rz20 then you can take action upon error message

Hi,

please check during PR creation time is there any backend errors from systems point view. please check with basis team whether RFC is working properly or not...........

Please check with other product categories and see if it works.

Hi,

Error in transfer can occur due to several reason. try creating a PO/PR in the backend system manually with the same details as that of the shopping cart, this way we can find out if the error is due to back end system. also check if the right logical system is assigned for backend transfer. this you can see in BBP_PD. you can also try to transfer the shopping cart manually from BBP_PD which will allow you to debug and see when this error is being raised. check RZ20 for error log it might give you a better picture.

In RZ20,

I Found..

Backend Application Err : a System Err has occurred while locking

Local Err : Error during determn of backend follow-on doc. for SC *******

Not Transfered to backend : SC ****** Follow-on doc.s not transferred..

in BBP_PD transaction are you able to see a logical system for backend assigned?

Hi,

try to post the document manually using BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER. you will be able to debug. before that, check for the same details if you are able to create PR in backend system directly.

Please ensure that transaction types and number range settings are done in both systems. System is unable to determine the follow on doc becuase of this
