Maintain two email id in customer master

Hello,

Here is my requirement senario.

Currently Customer service sends invoice & cover letter to two different email id for same bill to party.what is the best way to maintaiin two different email id for same bill to party? can be maintain in customer master? Please suggest? Thanks.

Hi

You can maintain multiple email id's in customer master.

In general data-communication goto other communication and ass email id there.

Hi,

In customer master you can maintain multiple mail ids. But default it will be only one. If you only for maintain purpose just click on the side on arrow in green color and maintain.

Hi,

This is not possible through standard functionality.

Even though more than one Mail ID has been maintained for the customer however the Standard SAP functionality is restricted to send auto email output only to the mail ID for which the Radio button is enabled / checked. No mail will be sent to the other mail IDs maintained in the Customer Master, as the Radio Button is not enabled for these 2 IDs.

Hence, if we need to send the Email Output to selected address in xd02 in u201CTOu201D address and the other mail IDs in u201CCCu201D address of the email, we need to do appropriate Configuration and technical changes to achieve the above requirements.

The Functional changes to be made are:

1. Select Multiple issuing in your output type and save.

As for the technical changes:

1. Get all the Mail Ids present in ADR6 table for KNA1-ADRNR = ADR6-ADDRNUMBER.

2. The Mail ID with field value as u201CXu201D for field u2018FLGDEFAULTu2019 in the customer master will reflect in u2018TOu2019 address and the remaining Mail ids in u2018CCu2019 address of the Delivery Output mail.

3. Call the Smart form with CONTROL_PARAMETERS-GETOTF as u2018Xu2019 (Remaining other Export Parameters are similar to RLE_DELNOTE programu2019s smart form call) and Import the following structures u2018DOCUMENT_OUPTUT_INFOu2019, u2018JOB_OUTPUT_INFOu2019 and u2018JOB_OUPTUT_OPTIONSu2019.

4. Convert internal table JOB_OUTPUT_INFO-OTF[] to PDF by calling FM u2018CONVERT_OTF_2_PDFu2019.

5. After converting to PDF, use u2018SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1u2019 and send mails in TO and CC Format.
