IDM_DataSource failed to start after AS Java Restart

Hello,

I have installed NW IDM 7.1 SP5 and AS JAVA 7.11

Whenever I restart the AS Java system, IDM_DataSource does not start automatically.

so I need to start JDBCConnector_IDM_DataSource.xml manually by going to NWA --> Operation Management --> system --> Start & Stop --> tab -Java EE applications

and then start application "JDBCConnector_IDM_DataSource.xml"

Only after this my IDM UI works fine.

Would you tell me what needs to be done to start it automatically?

I have one more system same like above system versions, but here whenever I restart AS java, IDM_DataSource also restarts automatically.

Both system JDBC drivers are same

You're experiencing the same issue described in Note 1360066, please deploy the fix in this Note.

I updated the AS JAVA from SP00 --> SP07 and the problem is solved.

Hi,

what SP are you on? This is well known bug. For example if you download CE 7.1 SP5 from SDN then you have to manually restart custom data source as you described it. They promised to fix it but I haven't followed this issue so don't know if it's already fixed and don't know what SP you need to apply. I can't find that thread where I saw it mentioned.
