Outbound delivery and pgi without sufficent stock

HI,

I have created an sales order with multiple item and one item has insufficent stock still the system allowed to process the pgi and outbound delivery for all the item including that insufficent stock material,also system allowed billing for that sales order..

is it possible??

kindly clear my doubt

Hi,

Please kindly consider that if u have created a sales order item with 10 pcs where only 3 pcs are available , you can still create delivery document item , post goods issue and create billing for the available confirmed qty not the total.

Yes ofcourse, you can create multplie deliveries for one SO. Ideally system should have given you a proposed date when the material will be available.

Hi,

It should not be possible in standard. If there was not enought stock the system should have considered RLT.

Another possibility is that the material availability also includes stock under QI, blocked etc.

Please check the settings.
