SAP TAO 2.0.4.0,Self-check "User Profile" failed

Hi All

While trying to use self check option for SAP TAO, I have been getting below problems

Failure Messages:

The Solution Manager user XXXX does not have the required authorization.

Self-check "User Profile" failed

Warning Messages:

Satellite system user profile

The current managed system SAP TAO agent version(2.02.0) is older than 2.03.0,so this check cannot be performed

Looks like the user does not have SAP ALL or proper authorizations to perform self check....the user which you have used to enable license should have all authorizations. Try to use another id which has SAP ALL and enable license and then try it again.

And below error, please go through these following notes to install SAP TAO agent.

SAP TAO Client u2013 1404715 (looks like you are using SAP TAO 2.0.3. version ..so follow this notes to install SAP TAO)

SAP Solman Manager: ST-400 & TAO Agent: 1368112 ( Apply this note to install SAP TAO agent).

Thanks,I found that user was not having any information for authorization profile and self check was failing
