Schedule Maintenance Plan

Dear All,

I just doing scheduling of maintenance plan with T.Code IP10.

But there are some problem like if i am schedule in current date like 19.07.2011 for 6 months then system calculate the same like (system calculate like below)

Plan Date

1) 19.08.2011

2) 19.09.2011

3) 19.10.2011

4) 19.11.2011

5) 19.12.2011

but i want (actual require)

1) 19.08.2011

2) 19.09.2011

3) 19.10.2011

4) 19.11.2011

5) 19.12.2011

6) 19.01.2012 (Actual require)

for information, i have maintain maintenance strategies with T.Code IP11

in that i used Scheduling indicator = Time - Key Date

Strategy unit = Month

Factory Calendar = All day Working Calender

Hi,

As per the list, you wanted the system to create Maintenance orders 19th of every month. But, in fact: you wanted the 19th to be the actual required date (ie you wanted the equipment to be ready by that date. Am I right ?) If so, you need to use the other parameters in Maintenance Plan Scheduling Parameters tab. Use Horizon period to prepone/postpone the creation of Maintenance order so that, your equipment will be ready on the required date. Just try and revert. Regards, KrishnaM
