Multiple Transaction Types

Hi All,

I want to include the Multiple transaction types in SOL MAN SPRO Transaction, But the system asks for BADI_DET_PROC_TYPE_FROM_DNO implementation, with enhancement spot AI_DET_PROC_TYPE. Please explain me if any one knows.

Hi

if you want to implement and use several transaction types in service desk

then in spro visit the Muti transaction types node inside service desk and click the IMG help to understand the steps required

e.g the badi implementation you mentioned is req with abaper help based upon your req

or

the DNO settings etc
