e-mail distribution list

Hello experts, I am helping with a Solution Manager system where the consultants set up an e-mail distribution list so when the support message is created or the status changes, it sends the email to those mails adresses, right now I dont have any help from the consultants and I need to edit some mails from that distribution list and add some others, How could I do that?, I have been trying to use the transaction SO23, but I cant find anything. Besides the mails are been succesfully generated from the Solution Manager but they are not arriving to the users mail.

Hi,

You can create the distribution list in SBWP itself, and assign that in your Org Unit BP, this will trigger the mail to all ppl in the list

Hello Jansi, thanks for your answer, I was making the question because supposedly the consultants made the distribution list and I couldn find it using the transactions SO23 and SBWP, theres another way to display and edit that distribution list? if not then I should assume that we dont have any distribution list in our Solution Manager?
