Hello Elizabeth,

Is this internal IP from SAP system to SAP Router or from SAP router to firewall?

Kindly check the connection from SAP system to Router then router to Firewall.

Also check the route tab entries if by chance some tweaking was done unknowingly.

Regards

Vivek

Dear Elizabeth,

Currently, your SNC Saprouter process is not up and running, please stopyour saprouter process with command ' saprouter -s ' and restart the Solution manager after that you have to using the following command ( Ref : DEV_ROUT file )

C:saprouter> saprouter -r -V2 -K "p:CN=<HostName>, OU=<Your Rout Number>, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"

For Example :

C:saprouter> saprouter -r -V2 -K "p:CN=SOL, OU=0009234568, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE"

Please note that to ensure you Saprouter process is running, you must not close the command prompt screen after you started the above. Once you closed the screen, your saprouter process is stopped and your connection to SAP is dropped.

Hi,

First try if you can telnet the sap server from your sap router? TELNET <SAPSERV<no> ip> 3299

Make sure that your firewall didn't block any outbound as well as the inbound requests. Check the note 48243 for further details.

Check the following notes for the same.

Note 182308 - Incorrect logon data in R/3 destination SAPOSS

Note 33135 - Guidelines for OSS1

Note 812386 - RFC connection to the SAPNet R/3 front end.

Make sure the following logon details have been maintained correctly in the SAPOSS RFC destination.

Language : EN

Client : 001

User OSS_RFC

Password : CPIC
