Hi Devi,

A lot of thanks for your quick answer.

I know BBP_PD transaction.

But I need to know why field BBP_PDIGP-PRICE (item line) change from 100$ to 0$

Thanks.

Depending on which SRM release you are running. If SRM 7, on the "General Data" (header) section of a shopping cart, there is a link to display "Document Changes". That should show you all the change histories for the document, including item price changes. If you are running SRM 5 or below, I believe there is a button on the lower portion of the "Header" >> "Basic Data" to display the same change document with the same effect.

Hi Jay,

Many thanks for your help.

My SRM version is SRM 4.00

I'm looking BBP_PD transaction and there aren't a section named "Basic data"

I have a Shopping Cart with a item line. Price of item line now is 0$ and I want to know why.

Thanks in advance.

I was not referring to transaction BBP_PD. Look at the shopping cart from the web (browser) user interface and look for the Header tab >> Basic Data sub tab.

System cannot track the reason why the value iwa changed. System only can track what value is changed and it displays OLD and NEW values. Unless you have a custom program to track the reasons for value change and log thye changes.
