Hi all,
If i create a user in su01 with login name ravik .. Assigned with
First name Ravi
Last name Kumar
After a month if i change
First name Naveen
Last name Kumar
to the same ravik user id where the changes are documented..
I have cheecked in su01 - Change documents- For users..It only gives current first name and last name..
How would we know how many times in a year it is changed and what are old first name and last names that mapped to ravik user id.
Thanks,
rahul

Hi,
The first report A user (RSUSR100) from the link redrects same to suim internally to change documents and user.
However it is displays only current first name and last name of the user.
I would need to also see first name and last name used for the logon user used earlier.
Thanks & Regards,,
rahul

Rahul,
There is a way to determine what was the assigned first/last name of a username but it's quite tricky.
First, you need to search table ADR7 to find all person numbers for username. New person number is created each time you change the first/last name and they are sequential. So in table ADR7 enter the SAP username in field UNAME and execute. Copy all person numbers you get (field PERSNUMBER ) and go to table ADRP. Paste person numbers from ADR7 into ADRP-PERSNUMBER field and execute. You will see all first/last names that have been assigned to a particular SAP username.
Hope this is what you wanted.

Rahul,
The RSSCD100 program does not show the User ID field. If you are planning to validate and compare
4000+ users for LDAP AD synch pr any other projects with limited time, this will not help you.
Bottom line is there is not decent report for user master address data changes that exists in SAP for long time now

very helpful link..when we run report RSSCD100 and provide object class ADRESSE3.
This would provide all infformation su01 change documents.
Thank you.

Goto SA38 -> RSSCD100 (Prg name) -> Exe -> ADRESSE3 (Object class ) -> Exe
you can find old & new values.
Table ADRP

Please could you stop recommending direct program runs in a security forum?
Try finding the transaction it is associated to and then recommend running the TRANSACTION instead
So...does that transaction (program) give the information the OP asked for?

yes , that transaction (program) give the information the OP asked.
Thanks !!!
