Person Responsible Names do not appear in F4

Hello Expert,

I am facing a problem where, F4 help on Person Responsible field of WBS Element does not show all values. Table is also not being updated when I add new entries through OPS6.

Please help.

Hi,

I have faced this issue one time but with different transactions. After consulting to basis consultant we found that application layer and database layer link got broken. So, it doesn't matter we save n number of times but it just queues it up until we canceled all queue and re-enable the link.

Basis personal is the best person you can talk too regarding this issue.

Hi;

You simply hit F4 in person responsible field, once the new window pops out, you will see a grey bar on top with a arrow facing downward.

Click on arrow for further options, and simply increase "MAX No of Hits" value.

By Default usually it is set to 500.

Hope this will solve your problem.
