SAP DMS Licence Policy

Hi All

We are using SAP ECC 6.0 at our organization.

Q1. What is the licencing policy for using SAP DMS. Is is based on per user licencen? How much cost is required per user?

q2. Does it come in bundle licence?

It all depends on the nature of licensing agreement you have had.Contact your SAP sales personnel for details.

Please be informed that SAP DMS is shipped with your ECC6.0 package,hence no additional licenses need to be procured.It only needs to be turned on/configured by a DMS Consultant as per your requirements.

For users to use DMS,only appropriate roles/authorizations for transactions(CV0Xn) must be granted.
