Ashok Kumar,

I forgot to ask one important question. What sources will you be reporting against? Will it be against SAP BW or more traditional data structures? If you are not reporting against SAP then Sandeep's first recommendation will be pointless for you.

Business Objects: The Complete Reference by Cindi Howson is a good one.

Once you've got through that, you'll simply be looking for tips and tricks rather than another book.
