Data Explorer Not Responding

Hi All,

I was using Connection1 on Main database and it was working fine with my user id in Crystal Reports. Today I tried to create a new connection to connect to Test database recently created with admin user id and password. Crystal Reports stopped responding and I had to close the application. Again when I started the application, the new connection did not get created more over my older connection is also not working. When I click on + sign in front of the older connection the Data Explorer is not responding. My versions are:

SAP Business One 8.8 (8.80.229)

Crystal Reports for SAP Business One CR Developer Version 12.1.0.892

Microsoft SQL Server 2008

Note: I am able to connect to SAP and also to database using Sql Server 2008.

Please suggest me what to do.

Hi Vineela,

B1 uses an OEM build of Crystal Reports. Please post your issue in the B1 forum.
