Error Page getting printed after each print from a XEROX printer

Hi,

We have installed a new printer at our client's place and configured it in SAP. The format and rest are all fine except that we are getting an extra " error page" after each print from SAP. It is not giving this "error page" from any other applications (MS Office, MS Word). Below is the "error page" we are getting..... Please suggest how to fix the issue.

Hi,

You can please try this..

Go to : output attributes.

Check the option "Do not print host spooler cover."

Also set "rspo/host_spool/burst_pages" value 0.

Hi

I think you are using the Custom format may be it was not finished the character set. Once again you have to change the Standard format instead of Custom Format and try it.

Hi Vikram,

Seems like some device settings are missing. I would suggest you to open up OSS message.

Thanks,
