friends can you please share materials and documentation or links for SAP insurance.. i searched everywhere but not sure of wether the documentations are apt. We are developing a solution for FNOL ( first notice of loss) , the transactions, business process and table fields are required for customisation. it will be great help for shedding some light on this topic. thank youuu..!

Hi,

SAP has Claim specific solution. The said FNOL scenario can be configured in SAP FS - CM module.

The below link gives good information about the business processes that can be set-up along with the configuration steps to achieve the same.
