SWIFT Key Manager

Hi,

I am trying to send SWIFT FileAct Message. To enable the local authentication I have set this parameter to true in the File Adapter Module tab. Now, I accessed the Key Manager as specified in the configuration guide and try to create the Key. What value should I specify in the Keyvalue field? I get a Invalid keyvalue error for lot of entries.

No, I am using the SWIFT Integration Package installed on PI 7.1

Hi deepthi,

Management of the local authentication mechanism between SAP NetWeaver XI and SWIFTAlliance Access involves each record of the file containing an MT message to be signed using the HMAC-SHA256 algorithm. for signing purpose you need to have a private key.

You will sign using Private key and partner will verify using public key.

In keyvalue you need to provide the keyname stored in the NWA Keystore.

So You need to upload the private key in NWA keystore.

Hi Debashish,

The configuration guide says the key value must be identical to the concatenated left part and right part key used in SWIFTAlliance for the emission and / or reception profile. What does that mean? Is it the same thing that you have mentioned?
