Not able to open User Management

Hi,

We have installed Solution Manager 7.1 succesfully & it is up &

running.We are able to login to the main

page :http://hostname:5**00/index.html & access system information but

unable to access user management, http://hostname:5**00/sld & so on. Can you please suggest.

Sunny when I am clicking the tab user management or nwa the error is coming.Before we give the login credentials j2ee_admin we are getting the error.

But we are able to login with j2ee_admin to system information.please find the system information details:

One more update: after the Solution manager installation we are accessing the sld,nwa & user management for the first time.We are getting the error in the first time itself.

Whether we need to activate any sicf services before starting user management & nwa for the first time??

Just try to use fully qualified domain name like solman.company.com and then check .

Hi Das,

Check the firewall conenction between the hosts?Ports are opened & accessible.

You are trying to access the SLD before the configuration. Configure it using the link

http://hostname.domainame.com:5<instno>00/nwa.

But problem with the user management requires some more analisys. Check the trace for more information.

Ahamed I am able to access system information tab but unable to access SAP Netweaver administrator, user management & so on.If ports are not opened system information would not have accessable.

Boss I am not able to open the sld link,then how can I configure??
