I need to display some of the information in CN41 in the report CN52N - can this be done without
haveing to write a complete new report

There are some exits available for creating customer specific project views. May be you can try that if that fulfills your requirement.
Could you please elaborate on your requirement? What do you mean by "some information"?
I could need all the "userfields" from the Network/Activity, both the SAP defined and also those we have
made ourselves.
