issues with smartfoms print

Hi experts,

Now i'm working on a smartforms which include Thai ,it looks fine in print preview,but when i try to convent it to PDF, the context all become junk characters, and i print it, the result is junk characters too. I go to check the spool with sp01,everything is ok...how to solve this problem...really appreciate your help!

Login with Thai language and try to print.

HI .

How to you convert to PDF? Are you using Cute PDF printer? In that case the CUTE PDF printer dont support Thai Language.

Ask the administrator to install Thai Language to that printer.

i use the sap standard program convent ti....but the result is all junk character

Thank you for your help , The issue had been solven , it's because the output device had been hardcode in program as 'locl'.
