hi ,

how can we give discount for the first 10 sales orders automatically by default?

can any one help me with this

HI shyamreddy,

Go to your discount condition type and check on Condition update and maintain condition records in vk11 for ur discount type and Goto --> Additional Data (F7), there u can give max number of orders 10 there, system will give discount for first 10 orders only, hope this will help you

Hi,

If you want to give the discount for all the customers for specific condition type for specific number of orders,

Select the discount condition type for whuich you want to provide discount,go to defination of (over view screen) condition type, at master data tab activate the check box-condition update and save the condition type.Create the condition record with combination of sales.org,dist.channl,material-give the dicount amount and select line item and click on additional data tab or F7,and in the additional data screen at limits for pricing tab,give the number for which you want to provide the discount.

NOTE:as system default it allows only for 3 orders you need to consult with ABAP consultant to enhance it from 3 to 10 orders.

Hi Shyam Reddy.. If you are talking about giving discount to only first 10 order irrespective of Customer then mainatin the Pricing conditions on SO level for first 10 orders and then you can maintain at some common level to avoid ( maintain zero discount ) that condtion.

Hi

With a requirement VOFM subroutine. Use table VAKPA to know what is the number of SO that this customer has. If it has 10 or more SO, then discount doesn't work, ie: sy-subrc = 4. See also Note 156230 - Requirements: What is permitted, what is not?
