QM Control Key / QM proc. Active

Hello.

We need to block invoice if exist inspection lot to check. i have seen that i have to mark in master materil field QM proc. Active and fill QM control key with our value to block invoice... All is ok..

We have some plant,, but only one for QM.

when i do create a purchase order intercompany , the system give back a message "Define QM procurement key (material )" .

How can i solve this issue.

You must have heared many times that "QM procurement tick is saved at cleint level" whereas control key on plant level.

What is mean by your error is same.Means when you have activated QM proc tick for one plant it applicable to all plants even if QM view not exists for other plants.So what you have to do is ,

1.activate QM view for all other plant ( means Q status in MARC)

2.Then enter proc key as 0000 for other plants for which you don't need QM in Procurement.

This will solve your issue.

If you use the QM procurement, I would suggest you define the QM control key for all of plant evenif some plant are not implemented QM process.

You can use the QM control key '0000' for that plant.
