Procurement profile 01 can not be changed

We are using SRM extended classic scenerio.

When we do MRP run based on criterian PR will be created in ECC system.

While converting PR to PO we are getting error "Procurement profile 01 can not be changed".

Please help in this issue.

Hello,

Check profile '01' in table T160EX.

See if PR purchasing group and material group are assigned to this profile in this table.
