Syndication based on selection criteria and Time

Hi all,

I have this requirement where..

I need to syndicate the records which are created today and Updated today.

This syndication should be done Daily at 00:00 hrs (mid night).

Is this possible with out using PI.

Hi Eva,

For the Syndication to happen daily at any particular time, Pls change the port settings in console for that.

First change the setting to Automatic processing.

Then, you will get option to define frequency (Daily/Hourly/weekly). Define Daily and give time for it.

Also, in the syndication map; change the setting for suppress unchanged records. So only the records created or updated after the last run will be sent out in next load.

However MDM will create the syndicated file in the port. Someone has to process this.

This can be achieved with the help of APIs also.

Hi Eva,

Another way can be syndicating the records as created/changed by making the port as continous and polling the port using PI once at the set time the day,so that they are sent at that time only.
