Supplier Portal - generic term or Supplier collaboration Business package on NetWeaver Portal.
SUS - Supplier Self Service application component or Order collaboration scenario in Supplier Portal

Hi Nilson Fonseca ,
To ellaborate Masa's post:
Supplier portal- basically collaboration folders where suppliers can exchange their ideas , grivences, inputs with buyers like we are exchaging our knowledge.
SUS - Supplier self services
This is basically a tool information of supplies required to and from suppliers i.e.
Suppliers get the new/changed PO/SA releases pertaining to them.
They can process and confirm the same with a responce.
They can send an advance shipping notification ASN which gets populated in PO/SA which is visible to buyer, thus giving visibility for transit inventory.
They can send invoice against ASN.
