Customer Juridiction code and pricing group

We have to creaet a new customer in another state in india.

How to decide the fields in xd01 creation general data -->Juridiction code

and under tab Sales area data ---> Pricing group

what is the impact of these two fields ???

Customer pricing group is field you can use in your access sequences and pricing conditions. you can maintain different prices for different customers groups by using this field. Like Wholesale customers, retailers, one customers etc etc

Hi R Kumar

Juridction code is related with sales tax requirement. Based on ship to party location we have to select the tax Juridiction code

which in turn will decide the % of applicable sales tax.

For pricing group u can refere the link given by one of our expert moazzamaji.

Depending upon the juridiction code, Tax will be determined and depending upon the price group, price can be decided. For ex. by using k020 - Condition type, the discounts can be granted on a group of customers, who belong to same customer price group like Dealers, Re tailors, institutional sales etc., so that condition record maintenance will be reduced
