Shopping cart Approval in SRM7

hi,

we are using application controlled work flows in SRM7

we are in testing phase of upgraded SRM5 to SRM7

we are using one step approval for shopping cart approval

template WS10000129 and task determined TS 10008126

work item is showing in SWI5 and agent also correct.

i have approved one shopping cart through ITS screen.

but through Portal,however in approvers(managers Login) work item is not

displaying.

how to get the task list9SHOPPING CARTS) in approvers login?

Hey Rami,

Have you done the UWL configuration for work items to be visible in portal?

Can you check if all your connections (Web AS/SSO) are working?

after configuration of UWL, work items are displaying.

UWL is mandatory for approving shopping carts?

Hi Rami,

Yes SRM 7.0 onwards UWL config is mandatory if you want your work items to line up in queue for approval. Hope you are able to approve your SC from portal now.

Hello,

Above SRM7.0 SP05 you can also use NWBC in case you don't want to use portal and UWL.

You can you the inbox option from NWBC ( that only needs netweaver).

Hello,

In advanced search, when you select shopping cart in 'search for' field, you will see a drop down box called 'role'.

Here you have the option to select 'approved by me'.

Check if approver can see carts approved by him.
