wrong material availability date in sales order

Hi,

I am working on a US project and having issue in delivery scheduling during sales order.

Here are my project specific details.

Lead time for Sales Doc Type : 1 Day

Pick/ Pack Time : 16 Hours

Loading Time : Not applicable

Transit Time : Not Applicable

Transportation Lead time : Not applicable

GR Lead Time in material master. : 2 Days

The material is available in Plant/ Sloc and the orer creation date is 01/07/2011(Friday) and 02/07/2011 and 03/07/2011 was saturday sunday and 04/07/2011 was Holiday in US.

Thus system gave the delivery date of 05/07/2011 considering the lead time of 1 day from sales order. Now while doing backward calculation system will reduce 16 hrs of pick pack time only as other times are "0" and should give the material availabilty date of 01/07/2011 but the material availablity date is coming as 04/07/2011. It should not give this date as material availablity date as it was holiday.

Please provide your valuable inputs on this.

Dear Naveen,

Check which factory calender you have assigned to Plant and Shipping Point and also check if 04/07/2011 is defined as public holiday in those calenders.

I have checked the calender in Plant and Shipping point and 04/07/2011 is marked as Holiday.
