Crystal Reports v2011 error

I have upgraded from vXI to CR 2011 on a Windows Seven machine. Reports are pulled from a DB2 database. I receive an error: 'Logon faoled. Details: IM004:[ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLAllocHandle on SQL_HANDLE_ENV failed'

Thia same error was recieved running XI on the same machine. This is a new Client machine installation.

Please advise!
