CTM--------No Planned Orders generated by CTM

Hello Folks,

I am working for a semiconductor company and this is a CTM implementation , the issue is CTM is not generating any Planned orders after its run. We are using Down binning concept in CTM. The CTM master data consistency check has no issues . Can any one help

Hi Aryan

First ,check the CTM planning in 'Infinite Capacity mode'...

Second ,check the Procurement type of the affected Product

Third,check if the In-house-Product's PPM/PDS is read by CTM --i.e. the PPM/PDS is seen in MD Consistency check

First check whether valid source of supply exists.

First system chooses a valid SOS based on the Min and Max lot sze defined in the SOS.

To create a order system refers to the Min and Max lot size defined in the Product master.

Also check if there is sufficient cap to meet your demand.

Hi Aryan,

Further to above important suggestions, please also check planning run logs available.

In the /SAPAPO/CTM transaction, there is u201CResults Analysisu201D menu available for checking the logs.

Hello guys, i have done that ,the log doesnt show any planned orders .Only Preq's are being generated.
